A Day at Yountville Park
Sometimes Jake's antics remind me of the craziness you see used to see on the Benny Hill show. On this day, we went to Yountville Park to burn off some of that endless energy Jake seems to have. So break out the overalls and pull up a haybale, it's time to be silly!
Summer 2006: Six Flags
With a season pass to a place where old, bald men endlessly dance to an annoying midi created to cause convulsions in epileptics, the summer fun will be never-ending. Although we haven't spotted any dancing old men or heard any annoying midis while there, we did have a lot of fun.
Happy Grandparents' Day!
For the first Grandparents Day after Jake's birth, I created a little slideshow for Jake's grandparents. Although not disturbing, dysfunctional or creepy, there sure is a lot of pointing going on. Find out what's on Jake's mind.
Insurance Claim
One day, Erik decided it would be a good idea to take photos of our possessions for insurance purposes. Good idea, right? Well, yes, in theory. However, Erik's photos were just too funny for me to pass up the opportunity to, yet again, make fun of him.
I Like My Bath!
Unlike Shawna, Jake has always enjoyed taking baths. With a love of boats, cars, planes, trains and anything else that "moves", Jake takes a huge pile with him into the tubber-bub and he's happy for a good 45 minutes (or until the water is cold).

Oh, the dysfunction to be seen here! Most weddings are for women -- let's face it. However, Erik had always dreamed of wearing a powder-blue tux similar to the one worn by Jim Carey in the movie Dumb and Dumber. Now what kind of wife would I be if I didn't allow it? Yes, this wedding is unlike any other. It's complete with a powder-blue-tuxedo-wearing-groom, pregnant bride with monkey sneakers, and a gay minister. If only we could've had booze...
